Job Description:1. Valuations Analyst is responsible for analyzing the commercial real estate portfolio in order to engage third party vendors to produce valuation products, track timely delivery per SOW and once valuation products are received review for quality pursuant to Ocwen and industry standards.
2. Analyst is expected to rapidly identify valuation products which do not conform to valuation standards set forth by Commercial Valuations Supervisor.
3. Examples of issues could include: incomplete information, poor sales comparable, incorrect property information, etc.
4. Analyst is responsible for completing market research to gather sales comparable for deliver to the Commercial Valuations Team to complete Current Market Value (CMV) for commercial property types.
5. Analysts will be able to identify the necessary parameters for relevant research.
Candidate Profile:Qualifications:
1. Bachelor in Commerce, Finance, Economics or General Business
2. 0-2 Yrs of Industry Experience/Fresher with excellent written & oral communication skills
