Desired candidate profile:

  • Should have minimum 6 months of experience with an international call center
  • Should possess 60% and above throughout academics
  • An ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential
  • MCP certification would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Willing to work round the clock (24/7)IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience required
  • Incident Management experience – Managing incidents including business expectations and communication
  • Basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration (Not mandate)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7 and Office 2007
  • Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook 2007 within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, and delegation)
  • Willing to work in night shifts
  • Willing to sign 1 or 2 years of Service agreement


Job description:

  • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and staff regarding IT issues and queries
  • Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone1st line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Blackberrys, Laptops, PCs and Printers
  • Troubleshoot basic network issuesEscalate unresolved calls to the L2 support team
  • Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system (HPSM)
  • Take ownership of user issues and follow up the status of issues on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
  • Update the entire team when a new resolution identified, get the KEDB updated

  • BE* / BTech* / MCA*1 Year - 2 Year - B. Sc* / BCA* / B.Com* / BA* / BBA* / BBM* *
  • Graduated and post graduated in 2013, 2014 & 2015 only can apply
