1. Overall administration of database development and maintenance
2. Should be proficient in database designing and queries
3. Coordinating with other technical teams for server and network related issues
4. Basic Data warehousing concepts will be an added advantage
5. Incident management
6. Technical Documentations
7. Version Control using VSS 2005
8. Awareness of all phases of SDLC
